Terms of service

01Definitions

Service means the GekkoLogin desktop client, website, account system, and related cloud services. User means the individual or organization that registers for or uses the service.

03License and use

Subject to these terms, GekkoLogin grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software and service. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

05Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law and with the acceptable use policy. You may not use GekkoLogin to commit fraud, abuse platforms, distribute malware, violate third-party rights, or interfere with service infrastructure.

06User content and data

You remain responsible for the accounts, browser profiles, proxies, cookies, and operational data you add to the product. GekkoLogin does not claim ownership of your content.

07Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when required for maintenance, security, product changes, or legal reasons.

09Plan limits are enforced by the software

Each plan sets how many environments a workspace may hold and how many may run at once, and the product enforces those limits rather than describing them. An environment in the recycle bin still counts against the limit until it is permanently removed, because it remains yours and remains restorable; emptying the bin frees the allowance immediately and is available on every plan.

An environment can be open on one device at a time. Opening it elsewhere requires the first device to release it, which protects the accounts inside it from two sessions writing over each other.

10Term and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or fail to pay fees when due.

Export what you need before an account ends. Environment archives are encrypted with a key held on your own devices and we hold no copy of it, so once an account is closed and its data removed there is nothing we can decrypt for you afterwards — not on request, and not by court order.
